Home Staging is beyond decorating and cleaning. It's about perfecting the art of creating moods. Home staging makes your property look bigger, brighter, cleaner, warmer, more inviting and best of all, it makes buyers envision a place they can call home. If you are serious about gaining the highest return, having your home staged by us is your best investment.
Consultations can be arranged at a time that best suits our clients needs. During your consult, we will advise of any enhancements you can make which may include small upgrades or repairs and how packing away some of your personal possessions will help us create an orderly and cohesive space. We will determine whether incorporating your existing furniture along with purchasing an accessory package or if renting some pieces from us will achieve the desired look.
If you decide to stage with us, your consultation fee will be waived from total cost of staging
Vacant Home Consultation
For Vacant consults we will meet with you at your property and do a complete walk-through. Within 24 hours you will receive a finalized plan which will dictate placement of furniture, accessories and a finalized plan to sell your property fast. We will set a date and time with you and stage your property accordingly.
If you decide to stage with us, your consultation fee will be waived from total cost of staging
Accessory Package
Accessory packages are the perfect way to extenuate the beauty of your property. When a full stage is not required (can be determined based on a consultation) adding the final touches with an accessory package are just what your property needs to spend as little time on the market.
